Preparing your article for submission
It is essential for us that authors should prepare their
manuscripts according to the instructions and specifications
listed below. The span and effectiveness of the reviewing
process will largely depend upon the care used by authors in
preparing their manuscripts. Therefore, contributors are
strongly encouraged to read the following instructions
carefully before preparing a manuscript for submission to

your research in manuscript as:
Manuscripts should be prepared as word processing documents on
A4 or Letter size paper, leaving a margin (2 cm) on all four
sides. The manuscript should be typed double-spaced throughout
including references and tables.

Authors must include a short abstract of approximately
four to six lines that states briefly the purpose of the
research, the principal results, and major conclusions(s). It
should give the reader a clear idea of what has been achieved
in the current research.

Materials and Methods:
Materials and methods should be given in detail sufficient to
enable experienced experimental workers to repeat them.

detail; previously published procedures should be cited, and

Results should be presented with clarity and precision. Results
should be explained, but largely without referring to the
literature. The discussion should infer the findings in view of
the results obtained in this and in past studies on this topic.
The use of flow diagrams and reaction schemes is encouraged.
Data must not be reproduced in more than one form, e.g. in both
figures and tables, without good reason.
State the conclusions in few sentences at eh end of the paper.
This is for interpretation and to highlight the novelty and
significance of the work. The conclusions should not summaries

after the manuscript text and before the references.

Peer Review Process:
All manuscripts are reviewed by an Editor and members of the
Editorial Board or qualified outside reviewers in the
respective fields. Decisions will be made as rapidly as
possible, and the journal tries hard to return reviewers’
comments to authors within 15 days. It is the goal of the JOBS
to critically review the articles and on the basis of
scientific merit publish manuscripts as soon as possible after
submission. However, a submission may be declined by the Chief
Editor without review, if deemed inappropriate for reasons
other than scientific merit.
Revised manuscript submission:
When revision of a manuscript is requested, authors should
return the revised version of their manuscript as soon as
possible. Rapid action may ensure fast publication if a paper
is finally accepted for publication in JOBS. Authors are
supposed to submit revised manuscript within maximum 15 days.
If these deadlines are not met, and no specific arrangements
for completion have been made with the Editor, the manuscript
will be treated as a new one.
PDF proofs for correction are sent by e-mail to the
corresponding author. Please note that authors are responsible
for the final proof-reading of manuscripts. This is the last
opportunity to view an article before its publication on the
journal web site. Proof corrections should be returned to the
editorial office within 3 working days of receipt. Corrections
at this stage should be minor and not involve extensive
changes. All corrections must be sent at the same time. No
modifications can be introduced once it is published

email, and receives a PDF file with the published version of

Submission of a manuscript signifies that the work described
has not been published before (except in the form of an
abstract or as part of a published lecture, or thesis) that it
is not under consideration for publication elsewhere; that if
